Really basic (old) hostel in Cancun

Well what can you say. Really basic old hostel but for that price you will get 10x better accommodation from Cancun. Location is quite okay and there is restaurants and shops close by.

No towels, just one sheet on the bed, shower is a tube, no soap. Breakfast is a joke but there was coffee.

Breakfast was good. Good location. Price also good.

Very hot in the room, not possible to be there. Fan doesn’t work correctly, I couldn’t sleep. Hostel is old, many things need repair. It is very inconvenient to go out and enter the hostel, constantly need to ask the staff to open the door.

Lo único bueno de este alojamiento es la excelente ubicación! Ah! y un día nos cambiaron la sabana!

-Hice una reserva SIN PAGO POR ADELANTADO y cuando llegué ya me lo habían cobrado de la tarjeta de credito (los argentinos entenderán mi enojo debido a que nuestro país aplica un impuesto del 30% al comprar en el exterior). El "gerente" del hostel dice que es culpa de booking y cuando llamé a booking dicen q es responsabilidad del alojamiento (yo creo que ésta es la verdad). Después de 3 días logré que me devuelvan la plata de muy mala gana y amenazando que nunca más alojaran a argentinos. - En la descripción dice que tiene microondas y no tiene. - En las fotos se muestra una cocina que no existe. Aunque en la descripción no dice que tiene cocina, al ver las fotos uno entiende que sí hay. - La ducha andaba muy mal, reclamamos y hasta explicamos como solucionar el problema pero no nos dieron bola, tuvimos que desarmarla y destaparla nosotros mismos. - el desayuno es pésimo

Al estar cerca de la terminal de ADO es un lugar ideal si uno tiene que salir en un vuelo temprano, como fue mi caso. Se puede ir caminando, es totalmente seguro. Volvería si pudiese quedarme más días.

No tenía espacios comunes para descansar. Alquilamos una habitación privada y no tenía agua caliente. Se resolvió bañandome en las duchas compartidas, que a su vez hay una sola. Y me parece que siendo un hostel deberían tener mas duchas y baños.

Los colchones mmmmmuy malos, el baño compartido es un asco, el desayuno no tiene nada más que café y unos cereales no reponen nada. Y supuestamente tienen cocina, que solo tiene tazas platos y algunos cubiertos, no hay heladera ni hornallas, ni insumos de cocina.

La ubicación y el trato del personal femenino (muy empaticas y amables).

Una cama tenía chinches, nos cambiaron a otra habitación que nunca nos limpiaron y el personal masculino muy indiferente con la situación que pasamos e incluso algo engreído y descortés (al parecer el dueño). Se enojaron cuando nos negamos a cambiarnos de habitación por segunda vez, tal como si nosotros les estuviéramos brindando un servicio a ellos.

La amabilidad del personal, sobre todo la señora del turno de noche. El cuarto de baño está muy limpio. La ubicación.

El desayuno, fuimos a las 8.30 am y ya no quedaba mermelada. (ponen pan, mermelada, leche y cereales) Así que repetimos cereales muchas veces porque no íbamos a comer pan solo. El papel higiénico se acabó en el cuarto de baño y tuvieron que ir a comprar más. El WiFi sólo funciona en la recepción. La habitación es muy justa, una cama y una silla, es un hotel para lo justo: dormir y poco más.
